Manager433 SG Does your colleagues practise this tradition way of giving a treat to all colleagues after they got a promotion? Is it a MUST? What if they 'act blur' and didnt giving a treat ( free makan ) to follow colleagues? Stingy rite?

Manager433 SG We normally give a free treat to those in the same department onli. But those few guys who got a promotion decided to act blur as nothing happen loh. Even so many of us give 'hint' and 'swan' them openly they still continue act blur. Each year those promoted staff will organised a buffer lunch for everyone in the same department/section.
