Seowlah SG Prepaid cards also need to register name and personal particulars first. So, tel co can also find out from the linked database.Use the service, must pay lah. How can use want but pay don't de ?
FireIce SG prepaid u dun top up not telco business wat...they no lose money.... in fact, u buy liao and no use the card they happy. registration is for "security" purposes

FireIce SG pay in full and they can reinstate the line or u have to reapply which most prob not successful due to your bad record then u can probably go back to using pager...... if they still sell it now but then hor, pager oso 掌控 by same telco so u are dead lah, basically. haha! 逊毙了!
