For guys who can't find a local woman to get marry they
can buy a foreign woman from overseas to get marry so that can
apply for new hdb flat.
For girls its even easier to get marry. Even if you are already
past expiry date already like 35 years old its still easy for you
to marry. Just find a older man who is probably single or divorced
already and have a stable career to marry just to apply for a hdb
flat
That specific type of women you are talking about do not go
after older men to get married. They go after older men to scam
them, and the only reason they will get married is because the old
geezer is nearly dead and has a huge inheritance for them.
