hmm sounds too formal to be a good plea to me though i have no
idea ow i would do it.
your message seems to lack a sense of desperation.
maybe if you tried listing other options or why you feel that you
must take that course.
and the i sincerely, etc line, i think it should be you hope she
apeal on your behalf or write an letter in support of your appeal
hoping it would help you get into your "desperately wanted"
course
