Digital Cam... Recommendations pls !!

Argh... I lost my polaroid camera today !!! Feels so shitty....

Have a great collection of polaroid photos, I love it coz its instant and most of all, credit card size !! Awww.... I'm so sad to think I actually lost it....

Either I'd buy another polaroid camera or a digital cam... though i'm very lazy to transfer my photos if its digital cam, and develop it if need be...

How much would a digital cam cost?? a reliable brand that produces gud quality?? I dun know what kinda specs to look in for a digital cam... Gif mi some recommendations pls, and how much would it be...

I'd be willing to spend up to $250, is it a budget too tight for purchasing a digital cam?? if I cant get a gud one i'd rather use that money to buy another polaroid camera then...

I suggest, you better stick to the polaroid camera that you like.
Becouse digital camera is much more expensive then polaroid camera if you wanted to get a good image

if you have $$$, could try the one that looks for the face and focuses on the face.. that feature helps beginners very quickly..

alternatively, you could go to Clubsnap or one of the auction sites to see about getting a 2nd hand digicam...

don't get sucked into the megapixel hype... 4 to 5 megapixel is plenty for the casual user..

and usually, we end up dropping the size of the pic if we want to use in a computer.. but for printing, 4 to 5 megapixels is more than plenty Wink

i got mine a few years ago.. at that time it was the top of the range non-SLR digital cam..

it cost me $1,250 for the basic thing..

then i had to go buy media (the memory sticks) and extra battery... and a polarising lens, a lens protector.. blah blah..

i think at the end, it cost me about $1,800

if you want new ones, gotta make the rounds, look at the literature for what you want, what kind of accessories you need (media card and batteries) and what will fit your budget Wink
