traffic jam outside tampines street 34. right in front of the
singapore pool outlet.
he can afford such an expensive car but cant afford a parking

its probably for loading and unloading. so many 'cheapos'
park their cars and motorcycles there.
i surmised this super cheapo couldnt find a 'free' parking place
so he decided his father owned the road and just parked it
there.
the traffic police should go there more often and fine all these
people.
he inconvenience so many motorists just so he could save a
parking coupon.
