Sometimes really pissed off , we are treated like as if they
provide we are not paying for it.
Few years ago, I terminated mobile contract with M1. On
the phone they told me since I have just paid the bill they will
pay me the balance. Next month i received bill from
them. Instead of delivering what they promised to pay me the
balance they charge me for it. I could not be bothered to
pay. Recently, when I signed up their internet plan they
insisted I pay them. Isn't this robbery?
All telcos under govt .. . . .. the money
minded govt. money is all they care for.
