my favourite hawker at my neighbourhood coffee shop will be
moving out in feb.
he complained the landlord wanted to increase his rental.
there are 3-4 empty units already. i wonder whats in
the mind of the landlord. if business is so good then why are
the 3-4 units still untaken for over for than a year? why
increase rent and force out another unit?
