Im not sure the exact names of the organizations though (maybe
someone else here can help)
I think mostly it's just a "reputation" sanction/ punishment
under those conditions....
And if the police is not going to pursue the matter, I think
probably you cannot do that unless if you sue the company yourself
and engage your own lawyer to do that.
