Just do some research on how many employers just don't give a
crap about MBA's and would rather hire an employee with a
proven track record over another with an oh-so-glorious MBA from an
oh-so-big-shot school like Wharton. More and more studies are also
showing that the MBA is ineffective in grooming management-quality
professionals, the very objective of a typical MBA course.

but i do know for sure that most higher management, except for
the owner, always has a master's degree.
the owner can be PSLE graduate, since he is the real boss.
