yesterday kanna glitch and has to waste time stopping at hougang
mrt and taking sbs bus(which is free) to sengkang.
I want refund of money.... come on... SMRT, dun be a stinge,
refund us our trip money. If you dun refund me $1, then I shall
look down on the company for having such poor refunding system
where you all fail to refund money for not being to provide
smooth rides....
