But in any case.... did you ask him to backup all your data or
only that particular folder?
Yes I did... My particulars words were to back up my "my documents"
and not to touch my D drive... but what he did was back up my D
drive and formatted my C Drive... 
Now doing some Data recovery... managed to recover 6000 files
but all jumbled up... It will take me days to sort this out...
