they can make ppl cry on the last day of j1 orientation.
sometime last year there was a function to commemorate the opening
of a new leadership block, as well as to welcome some prc visitors.
the programme brought by the council was so impressive that the
prcs did not want the event to end.
ok at least this is what i heard, dunno whether true or not.
