Your unit is scheduled to do ICT in May, and everyone in your
unit got the SAF100.
However, because of some administrative screw-up, your SAF100
got cancelled, whereas everyone else is still scheduled to go for
the ICT.
As a result, you will instead be attached out to another NS unit
which happens to have a manpower shortage.
