Yes I know... but everyone should still be conscious about their
surroundings and if they see somebody that is already waiting for a
cab, they can at least move behind or just wait until the other
person has already waved down a cab for himself.
I mean, even if you want to cut also don't so glaringly stand in
front la... you get what i'm saying?
