Don't bother hanging around lvl 1 to 4 unless you're feeling rich.

700k, not sure if its true anot.
I have one particular grunt about that mall, the entrance and
exits for vehicles is FLAWED! The loading bay, taxi stands,
visitors parking lots and residential parking all exits towards one
road, Orchard turn.
And that road definately needs to be widen as there is a bus
lane there too. There is a problem with heavy vehicles exiting the
ramp due to a road divider in the middle. Turn the wrong direction
and you'll end up passing an ERP gantry.
I'm waiting to see how LTA decides to widen the road as ION and
Wisma is on one side, and theres a private residence on the other
side, quite a squeeze. LTA might remove the bus stops and bus lanes
completely.
But it is worth a visit... cos theres dunkin donuts!!
They'll never forgo the bus lane, cos that's needed for those
heading to Scotts Rd
I'm not inclined to believe they forgo being practical over
traffic matters for nice design. End up now need LTA, TP to be
station there
