Quite a number of the part-time staff are quitting by the end of
this month due to school commitments.
Myself included - I just quit slightly earlier to enjoy the rest of
my holidays, that's all.
I can imagine that 1.5 months from now there would still be a
manpower shortage... they would be more than willing to hire anyone
who fits the bill.
