Some customers are like that.

I remember arguing with one Sentosa visitor for close to ten minutes straight.

All because she can't seem to understand why she can't watch the Songs of the Sea fountain show when I say 'Sorry ma'am, all tickets to the show have been sold out'.

But yeah... I've had a few run-ins with some really unreasonable local visitors as well.

Being shouted at and scolded by rude and unreasonable customers is part and parcel of customer service. Whatever that polarsnake has had to encounter can pretty much apply to any job that involves customer service.

At the end of the day.... just make sure that it's not your own fault that they're rude and unreasonable.

Complain, complain lor.... as long as it's not my fault, I've got nothing to fear.

That's what I like about my superiors... they're pretty reasonable people.
