I have the same problem. Dragging furniture,
banging,jumping,scraping of things. For 1 year liao. called police
few times also no use. I tot upstairs but they say not them.
Realised it may be next door. Here i am not working 2day cos i
could not sleep last night. The problem is i cannot confirm its
who. although the noise really comes from next door.
