lol i dono also i anyhow use math to answer say what it is a type of measurement of angles in which one radian = 360/2pi wahahhaha sure wrong.

Different leh.. Because for CH3CH2Br.. It's SN2.. Then CH2CHCH2Br is SN1 deducing from the rate equation.. Because the OH is not inside the rate equation..
