ya man...some creative products sucks.. its their less well
known products tt are reliable. i bought the much hyped zen neon or
watever u call that not long after it was launched. Didnt see
through its first birthday. Service centre is super ulu and when i
got there, they say got no warranty for my problem(cracked screen,
non random random mode, bugs, and ability to hang) 
In
contrast, my fren's ipod drowned by accident and they replace it
one for one.
