it might be the case that this month's utilities bills are
caculated based on ur previous 3 months consumption units. check if
the units taken are estimated or if theres a meter reading shown in
ur bill.
if estimated, most likely what they will do is using the over
estimated charges to offset ur next month's bill when they go down
and take the meter readings.
