Diehard_89 SG was walking through this crowded street near Esplanade f-ed up CISCO officer went to whistle at me for crossing this empty patch of grasses to get to the other side like that also want to catch us humans are alive things are dead why cannot we just cross over so that the crowd can clear quickly and we can all go home faster?

fudgester SG Until the pathway is expanded, you cannot blame the Cisco officer for wanting to keep you off the grass patch. Otherwise, they'd have to spend funds returfing the patch - and that comes out of the taxes that you pay.
