In between the two shots, I took the camera from the ledge to
show you guys the pic on the screen.
In moving the camera, it's not too far-fetched to assume that some
water droplets got knocked off the lens or other droplets were
introduced onto the lens.
And no, in spite of what I said earlier, I did not use Photoshop.
