dragg SG the aircon remote control i bought in june is spoilt. knn, $17!!! when i activate it i see the lcd coming on but the air con does not response. i off the aircon's main power and tried again but to no avail. anyone has any idea what could be wrong?

dragg SG its a universal remote i bought after both my original remoted spoilt. i bought end june, less than half a year. sianzzz. i wont buy another. on/off manually.
