dragg SG the lift stops on my floor. knn, it is unfair to expect me to pay. knnbccb to whoever suggested it!!!
dragg SG every household has to pay if the majority vote in favour it. actually it is damn stupid. my block has life landing on all the odd floors. why do they need to upgrade? i hope the residents use their brain before voting. anyway they are damn cb. they make a few blocks vote together. blocks with lifts on the 3rd, 6th, 9th.... floor (unlike my block) definitely will vote in favour of upgrading.
dragg SG the lift upgrading is logical only for blocks with lift on 3,6,9th floors. it is damn inconvenient. but not for my block-type. but they mixed us together for voting which is not fair.
