Fishing onboard SG kelongs is illegal. It's not allow, unless u have family members or frens can bring u up - deem as visiting.

Alternatives, go to malaysia kelongs. Try www.kelongfishing.com , a kelong owned by some singaporeans.

Actually its not fishing from kelongs that is illegal, if you're not working for the kelong, and you board them, then that is illegal.
