they always inefficient one. everyone just wanna wayang.
the bridge over here, the paint not even slightest dirty. i see
workers repainting the structure already while just a few steps
away the pillars etc all worn and desecrated, noone bother. gt
several times i see workers laying out bricks beside pavement,
later they crush it and re-lay the same thing all over
again.
