How can someone bust into the restricted just like that??

Yup, they are not with the books. They have a separate shelf for
books that come with CDs, just check the library book code (e.g.
005.16), go directly to that shelf. Then check the barcode of the
library book (e.g.B1234567890Z). The CD is there to borrow, but
sometimes, people borrow CDs and not the book.
