Bamboo Ocean Army21 SG would it be considered a weapon if it: 1)doesnt fire but still has its actions work and is made of metal or plastic?2)scaled down? I am going to build a few model types and need to know legal status if it was marketed....i have no inbtention of buying them when i can design and mass produce them.
