it's officially spring but i had about 3" of snow yesterday!!!!
and today it feels like minus

Actually, it's quite spring-like here in MN. We had about 3" of
wet, slushy snow yesterday, but today it got into the mid-40s.
Biggest problem is that, because of the stupid amounts of snow
we've had this winter, we're expecting record flood levels on the
rivers and waterways in spring, especially in southern MN. You know
it's going to be bad when the state encourages people living in
potentially affected areas to buy flood insurance.
