If I understand the process correctly, an overseas Singaporean
can only cast a vote in person at a Singapore consulate or embassy.
I am living in the middle of the US and the nearest consulate is
over 1000 miles away in New York City.
No, thanks. As vito has written, why bother voting when the
results of the "election" are foregone? Elections in Singapore are
nothing more than an elaborate and farcical dog and pony
show put on by the government to present the facade of
democracy to the rest of the world.
