actually, one of the things I reeeeeally would like to see in
Singapore, is a good authentic vietnamese beef pho joint .... run
by some viet matron in exile .....
you can get good beef pho so easily elsewhere .... whether it's
melbourne or vancouver.
but not here, after hunting high and low for it. One of my uni
mates' mom ran such a joint in BC, it was absolute heaven
......
there's a pretty decent one at holland village....
