i tried it, it works. But the customs at the airport who are
supposed to process the applications are not fluent in the
processes...(the last time I went there). Spent about 1 hour
waiting...
Remember to bring local currency to pay for the process. The
last time I went, we didnt have enough rupies and had to use money
changer there.... Super Lay Chey.
On thing to remember though, if you use visa on arrival, for the
next 2 months, u cannot use visa on arrival to enter the country
again. you must apply for it in singapore.
