Places to visit in Tokyo?

Will be attending a conference in Yokohama this week with my company.

Will be in the Yokohama-Tokyo region for 5 days, 2 days would be spent for the conference and DIsneyland. 3rd day onwards would be staying in Tokyo, any recommended spots other than the usuals like Harajuku, Ueno, Shinjuku, Akihabara and Ginza?

Hakone for the hot springs and the beautiful views, Kamakura for the quaint shops and history.
