If I settle in Houston Texas for a few years, might need a
gun. Employer are the kind that get death threats. He
already has a armed chauffer.
Me will be with kids and the female folks of that family.
Should I try to accquire one for their protection?
Texas is one of the most firearms-friendly states in the US.
However, with very few exceptions, federal law dictates that you
have to be either a permanent resident or citizen of the US in
order to legally own a firearm.
Besides, even if you could legally own and carry a firearm
there, why would you want to put yourself in harm's way to protect
someone else's family?
