i think Portsmouth is only made famous when the football team
won the FA cup last year! ha... anyway, welcome to England.... I
have only visited Portsmouth once... just for the day... for
work purposes... it was summer.... thought it was quite
nice... but not sure about the 'in-and-outs' of the place...
guess everywhere in england can be dodgy... especially
in coastal areas as drugs and alcohol issues somehow is
prevalent in such towns.... anyway, hope u will
enjoy England!
