That's a college of technology, expect female population to be
around 20%.
I have friends from the kumamoto branch and they say Singaporean
girls are twice as pretty as girls over there.
Moreover, that college has a system of five year study. Meaning
after NS, you might be too old already.
I understand that they do provide japanese foundation course but
that would take 1 year. You'll be better taking japanese lesson and
having at least JLPT 2 before considering going there.
Generally, if you are chinese, you look like them. Some japanese
do not like gaijin. So looking like them gives you a advantage.
One thing though, they hate chinese. Chinese PRC that is. You
wouldn't happen to be one?
BTW, their standard of education is not much higher than our
polytechnic level.
