why tawaramachi stn? you planning to go to kappabashi?
i think there are many route options...if i were you, if you are
near tawaramachi, i'd try to get onto the JR Yamanote line at Ueno
station (it's actually walking distance from tawaramachi). if
you've the JR pass, then your ride on JR Yamanote will be covered
by the pass.
then from ueno, i'll make my way to either meguro stn or
shibuya stn on the JR Yamanote line. from shibuya stn,
you can take the tokyu toyoko line (all services except
limited express) to hiyoshi. or from meguro stn, you can take the
Tokyu meguro line to hiyoshi too.
otherwise, you can also take the ginza line direct from
tawaramachi to shibuya. and from shibuya, the tokyu toyoko line to
hiyoshi.
from narita airport, the cheapest option will be to take the
keisei tokkyu train to keisei ueno stn. from there, if you are
without your luggage, you can probably walk to tawaramachi.
otherwise, you might consider to transfer to the Ginza line at Ueno
stn and ride 2 stops to tawaramachi.
