littlestream SG

but we are getting -7 (with windchill) today!!!!

wth, weathermen said we will be getting winter-like weather for the next SIX WEEKS!!!!!

what Spring?????

Meia Gisborn SG

Deceiving, isn't it?

There forecast here calls for 5" of "wet, heavy snow" by tomorrow afternooon, with the snow starting this evening and continuing overnight. I might have to telecommute tomorrow if the roads into my townhome complex aren't sufficiently plowed by morning.

udontknowme SG

we're supposed to get snow this weekend too. and we get freezing rain today.

anyway, did i tell you guys. that im now staying at someone's spare house and no longer at the apartment. it's a good 10 minutes walk to the closest bus stop. and we're now staying a good 45 minutes from school. so my mom rented a car for not-so-good weather days. and i live on top of a hill. and it's very windy at this place. and i always have to walk against the wind on the way up. good exercise. hahahahaha.

What are you doing in the fridge???

Spring might be here, but that doesn't mean the snow isn't. Woke up to 4" of fresh-fallen snow on the ground, and it's still coming down. Forecast calls for a total accumulation of 5" to 7" by the end of today. The morning and evening commutes are going to be a mess...

Meia Gisborn SG

Decided to telecommute today due to the snow. It's still coming down pretty hard outside....

SpeedStar SG

Yah boy, my neighbours were in the pool yesterday.

And I'm usually the last one to get out of my long sleeve shirts. Yesterday I was brave enough to be in short sleeves.

Arapahoe SG

my refrigerator broke down and spend weekend clearing up the mess and fixed up the evaporator fan on monday.

You getting it repaired or buying another? If you do, check with your energy provider to see if they have rebates on energy star models. Here, we get $50 from the power company, if we buy an energy star refrigerator.
