littlestream SG yah, we have our thanksgiving earlier. for you, i believe is november. har? goose? canadian geese? they are running wild on our parks and roads (sometimes) but i doubt can eat. i joking lah. anyways, it is a cute sight to see these wild geese parading in a straight line.
littlestream SG ben!!!! wei wei wei....u MIA beri nong time liao leh. downtown beri happening hor? erm, turkey/duck/chicken? eh, who come up with this breed ley? i nervous to cook chicken rice for party of 8 lah. i've only cooked for 3. and i don't have nice serving plates for the chicken also. i went to Zellers to take a look just now but wah lau....so expensive.
Fatum SG last thanks giving and christmas I made two smaller turkeys instead of one big one .... the smaller ones are more tender (and cheaper !) compared to those gigantic mutant birds .... I "tropicalized" the stuffing by adding apples and pineapples to the traditional stuffing ... and sweetened the basting sauce with some lee kim kee char siew sauce .... it was pretty good ...

ben1406 SG sorry ! been really busy at work lately. alot of big parties and events. my restaurant is now the offical host for the 'Toronto Latin Film Fest'. Is going to be a crazy month for me.... Turducken ? it's not a breed.. It's a De-boned Chicken stuffed into a de-boned duck and into a de-doned turkey.. It's soooooo good when it's done right... Very nice and fatty.
