A few years ago, the Lotto jackpot here hit US$390 million,
which was a record. If I recall, a group of workers in a
fabrication mill in Indiana who had contributed to a lottery pool,
ended up winning that jackpot.
I don't believe in gambling and have never purchased a lottery
ticket. But I have won a number of meat raffles at the local VFW in
years past.
