boka SG I'm talking about a degree in social science[political science, criminal justice, psy] or even international relations. How much will it cost me in total for a period of 3 years inclusive of insurance, housing and all other reated expenses? And what are the tuition fee per sem?
honeymouse SG This is just my rough guess ok..... Education - $15k to $17k per year Living expenses (including accommodation, books, entertainment, food, public transport and health insurance) - $25k to $30k per year (depending if you are a big spender or not.) Hope that helps.
honeymouse SG Yep. It can be less if you are disciplined with money. If you are renting a house, you need to buy furniture, pay rent, utilities bills (electricity, water & gas) phone bills, internet, public transport/having your own car etc. Everything adds up.
Fatum SG on one hand, you have those hongkie and indo and mainland ah xia kias ... driving evos and taking 6 years to finished a 3 year degree ........ on the other extreme, you have those indian and pakistani chappies squeezing 6 to a one room apartment (I'm not kidding ! ) and spending $80 a MONTH on food ....
Fatum SG you'll have to factor in a margin of error for the exchange rate ..... it can get pretty nasty for you if it goes up by just 10 or 15 cents ....
boka SG No plans to return. I wan to join the UN for humanitarian assistance or the interpol. Hopfully.
105090 SG a quick search in the australian uni website shows a course tuition fees cost A$21,000 per year. the living expenses given in the estimate is about A$20,000 per year. thats A$40,000 per year, or S$52,000.
boka SG This is really exp! i asked my aunt and she said she spent around 100k for her daughter for 4 years in aus,2and a half year degree and another 1year for her honours. why the huge difference in $ spent?
