not canada or at least toronto as i know. as long as u wanna
drive in ontario, u gotta hv idl no matter u r here for a day or
more.
i don't know about MG's area but in toronto, when u stop at the red
light, those turning right could still make a turn (even with the
red light) taking safety into consideration.
also, there are the street cars and school buses. school buses hv
stop sign, when the sign is up, if u r behind them, u gotta stop.
even if u r on the opposite direction unless there is a
divider.
street cars? also many rules but i don't know 'cos i don't drive
downtown.
