ps: I know how to boil spaghetti, I roasted my own turkey for the last three christmas, I made my own stuffing, I can make sushi, bake cake and muffins .... and my hainanese chicken rice is famous all over the rez .... got opening there or not, you think ? ... Laughing

well, if u can roast a turkey, u r gd enough !

i got to bang out a 4 course lunch menu for tomorrow. so far this is what i've got !

1st app : Gazpacho

2nd app : Chicken Mushroom Cannelloni Lasagna

entree : Baked salt crusted striped bass w/ lyonnaise potatoes mesculin greens & tomato beurre blanc.

dessert : pina colada penna cotta.

an aunt in the states...cant remember where though.
im in singapore
one in east malaysia
one in costa rica
some in china
random ones in portugal...

whee...all over the world!!
