Fatum SG yeah ... funny ... i can't find it either ... but i'm not really missing it cos i discovered Nong Shim noodles ..
Meia Gisborn SG Yah, but we live in an "instant" generation, lah! I want to be able to just add hot water and have a sumptuous chicken rice meal ready for me!
Fatum SG that's something you can acquire that actually does that for you ... in a fashion ... It's called a wife .....
Fatum SG Originally posted by littlestream: Hey, MG, want to patronize Littlestream Love Arrow Agency or not? come to think of it ... that could be a lucrative sideline LS ....
Fatum SG those chaps who've been to thailand would remember the ubiquitous fried chicken legs at roadside stalls eh .,... that's actually Isan (north-eastern thailand) cuisine .... and i've got the recipe here ! ... the secret is in the marinate: Fish Sauce ... it's very very simple ... marinate the chicken legs (thighs and drumstick) in generous squirts of fish sauce .... soak them for at least half an hour ..... or better yet ... I put them in ziplock baggies and throw them in the fridge for a few hours for the juices to soak in ...... then deep fry them on medium heat ... KFC will never satisfy you ever again ......
