Its probably cheaper to buy off the rack and alter it to your
sizes.
Even good tailors can't do less then $200/- when you have a
specific designs in mind.
If its a simple spag gown with your own materials, it still cost
somewhere $200/-.
And you should also budget in accessories for hair, make up,
shoes & bags.
