Football Manage Crapbox

hmmm.. good tips. but then again, my training schedule had everyone increase almost every single attribute; save for maybe 1 or 2. lol.

Currently, I'm beginning to feel tired of managing Liverpool already. Maybe played too much in a short amount of time. Maybe I'll take a break and then start a new game managing a English Conference side.

I gather from the that training schedule, there'll be frequent injuries especially the goalkeepers. Smile

Perhaps I may post my training schedule. It may not be the best around but it server its purpose by getting the players to improve well on their attributes and at the same time minimizing injuries.

Here are the Normal Schedules for different Positions:

Where GK is for goalkeepers
DF Central is for your central Defenders
DF Wings is for your WingBacks/DL & DR
MF Defensive is for your defensive Midfielders
MF Attacking is for your attacking Midifelders
MF Wings is for your fast&pacey Wingers
ST is for your strikers while SHOOTING is for strikers who can't seem to get in the goals for a period of time.

Try to set these schedules during in-season and vary the intensities according to the number of matches and period of the season. Training intensity should peak towards Mid-season (but should NEVER go to "very Heavy") and go easy as the season approaches to an end. Putting them on "Heavy" or "Very Heavy" for prolong periods of time may invite frequent injuries. Very Happy

..continued..

And if your players are:

1) suffering from injuries
2) recovering from injuries
3) just recovered from injuries,

do set them to these few schedules:

LIGHT is for those having injuries but the status box is YELLOW.
INTENSE RECOVER is for those just recovered from a long-term injury. NOTE: Do not put him on this schedule for more then 2 weeks; it'll may just injure him again and make him worst!
FITNESS is for pre-season time; set ALL your players to this schedule during pre-season and friendlies.
SET-PIECES is best during mid-season or the week before that important game. Set everybody to this schedule.

Just my two-cents worth. Having a proper schedules and spending time on actually tweaking and editing your schedule may take lots of time; but it can actually benefit the team and your players on the long run. Good luck!
Very Happy

Wah, very hands-on sia! Laughing

I'm too lazy to tweak almost every other day in the game.

I just leave my coaching staff to do what they're supposed to do.

Injuries, yes, but luckily I haven't faced the extent of what some people encountered, to the extent that they complained that there is an injury bug.
