Not the first time. I called them asking for MMS setting, their
replied "The phone should automatically recieve the setting". NB,
if my phone received the setting need to call u? (Of course I
replied politely)
After which, they replied "If it didn't, please call for the
phone manufacturer for details on setting up MMS." WTF!?
Another time called them regarding internet connection setting
also the same pattern, it's like they are paid to refer customers
to other people.
Therefore, I've came into a conclusion "Google is man's best
friend".
hahas.. same same.. but last time time worst they keep calling me
call singtel broadband hotline then they ask me call back singtel
again.. lol.. i damn fed up then scolded them in the end they say
"ok i reset the connection for u" <== from singtel bb, lols..
