Black shoes with white socks

Those guys doing office jobs when you see them wear black shoes with white socks, does it look very unprofessional.

Why will anybody wear a black shoe with white socks to go to the office to work.

I thought black shoes should match with black socks and white socks match with track shoes or white shoes
